Quirk Design Studio, based out of Los Angeles, CA, is a one-woman studio run by myself, Sarah Bansak. While designing and building websites for more than ten years, I have worked with such clients as Playboy, Cutty Sark, and Virgin Records. After graduating from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA, I relocated to Los Angeles and immediately started working for various digital design houses. After several years, I decided to pursue a freelance career, happily trading in my commute for a home office.

I love the design process, and strive to create singular works, while still retaining the familiarity that fosters usability. I thoroughly enjoy collaboration with others, and feel that the interaction between myself and my clients allows for a creation greater than either could have achieved alone.

When I am not playing on my computer, I can be found making music, practicing yoga, sewing clothing, or playing with my cats, Baxter Talbot & Mortimer Brewster.
